Every day Zion Ponderosa's on-site chef prepares three delicious meals. Oven fresh cookies are served each afternoon for our guests. If you choose to eat while you meet, we can accommodate your needs and cater your meetings. We can also prepare sack lunches for your group functions and activities away from the main resort area. Zion
Ponderosa's unique approach to outdoor recreation allows guests
to create and develop a personalized retreat program with the help of
our staff. Our abundant activities can be scheduled into your timetable
as you develop the meeting plan for your organization. 
Daily
meetings will take place in our new recreation barn. This new facility
was completed in the spring of 1999. A private room on the second floor
with views overlooking the resort will accommodate up to 80 people.
During breaks, guests can relieve some stress by climbing or rappelling
the 40-foot wall that is the centerpiece of the recreation barn. The
resort also offers audio-visual presentation equipment, Internet access,
and coffee break catering. Just let us know what you need before you
arrive.
